Fried chanterelles 4 people
+ 10 min of cooking.
Just add garlic and parsley, chanterelles have it all.
500 g of chanterelles 2 to 4 cloves of garlic (depending on size)
flat parsley 3 tablespoon (s) olive oil
1. wash the chanterelles under running water, without soaking. Brush them gently. Drain them and dry them with a clean cloth.
2 chop the garlic and parsley and mix them to prepare a persillade.
3. Fry the chanterelles in a hot pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Stir occasionally until chanterelles reject their vegetation water. Drain mushrooms and drain the pan of water degorgee.
