Autumn salad: apple and celery


  • 2 feet celery;
  • 2 lemons;
  • 4 red apples;
  • 1 plain yogurt;
  • Some leaves of green salad;
  • 250 g unpeeled peanuts;
  • salt, pepper;

Step 1
Peel the peanuts, remove the brown skins. Wash the apples and cut them in 4. Remove the hearts and cut into thin slices without peeling.

Step 2
Wash the celery and cut the rods into slices. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Wash and wipe the salad leaves.

Step 3
Carpet a large bowl with salad leaves. Put the celery in it and then arrange the apples around the crown. Sprinkle with yogurt sauce and serve sprinkled with peanuts.
