Easy Hair Care Routine For Long Hair

Today in this video, we are going to share easy hair care routine to keep your hair long and healthy. Follow these tips to keep your scalp infection free and hair strands stronger.

#1. Oil Massage Twice in a Week:

Your hair needs proper care and massaging. Oiling your hairs is the most important step for healthy and long hairs.

You must apply coconut oil twice in a week. To prevent hair fall you can apply Olive oil and castor oil.

If you have dry and frizzy hair, then you can apply Argan oil.

For dandruff, you can apply lemon with coconut oil and leave it overnight.

Do not forget to massage your scalp for 5-10 minutes. As it increases the blood circulation and results in hair growth.

#2. Protein Hair Treatment Once in a Week:

You can choose your hair mask according to the type of hair you have.

For Dry Hair mask you’ll need:

  • 5 tablespoons of gram flour
  • 5 tablespoons of curd
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 bowl
  1. Take a bowl, add 5 tablespoons of gram flour and 5 tablespoons of curd in it.
  2. Mix the ingredients well.
  3. Then add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the mixture.
  4. Again mix the ingredients to form a paste.

Your dry hair mask is ready!

Now, apply this mask on your dry hair. Leave it for 20 minutes to dry. Then, rinse it off with water and apply your regular shampoo.

Gram flour strengthens your roots while curd and olive oil adds moisture and shine to your hair.

For Normal Hair mask, you’ll need:

  • 2 tablespoons of gram flour
  •  2 tablespoons of almond powder
  • 1 egg white
  1. Take a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of gram flour and 2 tablespoons of almond powder.
  2. Then add an egg white to the mixture.
  3. Mix the ingredients well.

Your normal hair mask is ready!

Now, apply this mask on your normal hair. Leave it for 30 minutes or you can leave it overnight to dry. Then, rinse it off with water and apply your regular shampoo.

This hair mask nourishes your hair strands and keeps them healthy and shiny.

For Oily Hair mask, you’ll need:

  • 2 tablespoons of gram flour
  • 2 tablespoons of grounded methi seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut milk
  1. Take a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of gram flour and 2 tablespoons of grounded methi seeds.
  2. Then, add 2 tablespoons of coconut milk.
  3. Mix all the ingredients to form a paste.

Your oily hair mask is ready!

Now, apply this mask on your oily hair. Leave it for 20 minutes to dry. Then, rinse it off with water and apply your regular shampoo.

Apply this hair mask once in a week to have long and thick hairs.

#3. Do Deep Hair Conditioning Once in a Week:

Deep conditioning of your hairs weekly once is very important. You can prepare your own condtioner at home.

To prepare this conditioner you’ll need:

  • 2 teaspoons of Aloe Vera gel
  • 3 teaspoons of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  1. Take a bowl, add 2 teaspoons of Aloe Vera gel, 3 teaspoons of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of honey.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well.

Your conditioner is ready!

Massage this conditioner into your hairs. Leave it for 30 minutes. Then, wash it off with a shampoo.

For long hairs, avoid sun. Wear hats as sun oxidizes your hairs and dries them out.

Avoid using hot tools like straightener or curlers on your hairs.

Avoid scalding hot water showers. You can have lukewarm water instead.
