Step#1. Cleanse with Honey and Lemon:

To prepare this cleanser you’ll need:

  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Take a bowl, add both the ingredients and mix them well.

Add a little bit of water if the mixture is too thick.

Then, apply this mixture on your face and massage for two to three minutes.

Leave it on your face for about 10 minutes.

Then, wash it off with water.

Pat dry your face using a clean towel.

Apply this cleanser every night before going to bed.

Step#2. Exfoliate with Coffee beans:

To prepare this exfoliating scrub you’ll need:

  • 1 tablespoon of finely ground coffee beans
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh yogurt

Take a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of finely ground coffee beans and 1 tablespoon of fresh yogurt or honey.

Mix both the ingredients well.

Then, apply this mixture on your face and massage for two to three minutes.

Let it dry for 5 minutes.

Then, rinse it off with water.

Pat dry your face using a clean towel.

You can apply this exfoliating scrub once or twice a week.

If in case you are allergic to milk products, you can also use honey as a substitute of yogurt.

Coffee beans help to get rid of dead skin cells and leave behind a glowing skin.

Step#3. Facial Mask using Fuller’s Earth:

To prepare this facial mask you’ll need:

  • 2 tablespoons of Multani Mitti(Fuller’s Earth) soaked in water
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of cucumber juice

First, soak two tablespoons of multani mitti in water for about half an hour.

Then, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of cucumber juice to it.

You can also add 1 tablespoon of milk to avoid dryness.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Your face mask is ready!

Apply the mask evenly on your face.

Let it dry for 15-20 minutes.

Then, wash it off with cold or lukewarm water.

Pat dry your face using a clean towel.

Apply this mask two to three times a week for better results.

Fuller’s earth  has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that removes dirt, excess sebum, and dead skin cells.

It also prevents the appearance of whiteheads, blackheads, and fine lines and wrinkles.

Step#4. Face Serum using Olive oil and milk:

To prepare this moisturizing serum you’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup of fresh milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice

Take a bowl, add 1/4 cup of fresh milk, 2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Your face serum is ready!

Pour the solution into a spray bottle.

Spray the serum on your face.

Leave it to dry or you can also leave it overnight.

You can apply this moisturizing face serum every night before going to bed.

Milk has lactic acid which has soothing and calming properties.

Olive oil is an anti-microbial source which kills acne-forming bacteria.

And the lemon juice regulates the secretion of natural oils to reduce the greasy look of your skin.
